The Great Indian Sauna

Oh, what a delightful summer we're having in India! Who needs a sauna when you can just step outside and experience the scorching 45-degree heatwave firsthand? Thanks to our beloved PM Modi and his government, deforestation is at an all-time high. 

 Who knew cutting down all those useless trees would turn our beautiful country into a sizzling frying pan? After all, trees are meant to be chopped down for our beautiful furniture and knick-knacks, not for trivial things like providing shade and maintaining ecological balance, right?

But wait, there's more! While we’re melting away, the big corporations – the true champions of climate change – continue their merry ways.  No repercussions, no regulations. Just raw, unmitigated pollution. Because why hold anyone responsible when we can appreciate the wonders of climate catastrophe? Trading lush greenery for gray infrastructure under the guise of advancement.

 So, here’s a big thank you to our government for prioritizing corporate profits over our planet. At least now we know what it feels like to live in a real-life oven. 🌞🔥

As i was growing up, i used to watch my mother (master chef- coz whatever she make it tastes havenly)cook and the food enjoyed by us and by our friends and relatives. Join me in my kitchen as I whip up delicious vegetarian dishes inspired by different cuisines. From comforting Indian dishes to mouthwatering pastas, aromatic stir-fries to decadent desserts, I'll share recipes, cooking tips, and culinary delights that will tantalize your taste buds and ignite your culinary creativity.

• Animal Encounters: Animals hold a special place in my heart, and I find joy and companionship in their presence.
